AREVA PACiS – Configuration Editor is an engineering tool used to design, validate, and maintain configurations for PACiS substation automation systems. It centralizes device and network parameters, protection and control logic, I/O mappings, alarm and event lists, and HMI mimic diagrams within a single project workspace. Engineers can model substations and bays, parameterize IEDs and controllers, define communications, and run consistency checks to detect configuration issues early. Template-based engineering and import/export options help standardize projects and streamline collaboration.
